One parking spot is located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. If you have more than one vehicle, you will need to find parking in an alternative lot. Paid parking lots are available around the boardwalk, or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. Located in a quiet neighborhood in Seabrook Village - Beach District, Seaside Shanty is surrounded by the ocean, offering a choice of beaches. The location is great for bike riding and walks. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday, and trash should be placed in the designated bin(s) near the road. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited.
