We have a fully furnished family farmhouse in Sandwich (lakes district) available as a seasonal rental Sept 1 - June 30. Quiet peaceful location with lovely large lawns and many acres of woods. We’ve been renting the house for 15 years during the school year - we use the house ourselves in the summers. It’s a special family home and we have done many nice renovations and hope to refinish the screen porch this fall. Our renters have been very happy there over the years! It is 5 bed/3 bath with a woodstove and electric heat + heat pumps. We require an application and credit check if we/you seem like a good fit. $2000/mo plus utilities (we provide fiber internet + mowing). We are pet friendly depending on the pet!
