Room for rent: 3 Bed 1 Bath single level house. Pretty newly renovated and very clean, lots of natural light. Bedroom has 2 windows and a large closet. Kitchen has newer appliances including a dishwasher. Fenced in backyard with patio. Basement includes pool table with bar & TV as well as a projector/movie/gaming area. Washer, dryer and extra fridge in basement as well. Office space can be arranged if needed. Heating oil, water/sewer included in base rent. Electric and internet to be split. I am an engineer usually working 3 days in the office, 2 WHF. I keep busy with house projects, working out, going downtown, reading, and cooking. I have a 4 year old dog, Clark, who is very friendly and loves people.
