We are a community of quiet, respectful, long-time tenants in a total of six apartments, with the owners onsite. Tracy Farm has easy access to I-89, with the Upper Valley just a quick 25 minute drive. New London town center, including a Hannaford grocery store, pharmacy, laundromat, restaurants, Colby-Sawyer College and hospital, is just 2.5 miles from the farm. SPECIAL NOTE: Due to the history and age of the farmhouse, sound carries easily between apartments. We have a policy of no noise (TV, music, loud voices) after 9pm.
