Must have credit over 650 and strong current work and landlord references. Small pet considered for $50/month fee. NO smoking. $1600/mo rent may be slightly negotiable for right party, or single occupancy. If used as a 2br, one bedroom would be a "railroad" bedroom, ie. you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other. Please note: there is currently ONE parking spot for this apartment, so a second car would need to street park a way down from the building. No washer dryer hook ups. Prefer soonest move in date.
