One parking spot is included with this unit, located a 2-minute walk around the corner from the apartment. You can easily pull up to the unit to drop off your belongings. The bathroom in this unit is on the smaller side, but photos are available for reference. Guests should treat the apartment as their own, avoiding excessive or deep cleaning requirements. Trash pickup is on Monday and Friday, and guests should use designated bins for trash and recyclables. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the host, and guests are expected to pay for any damages or unexpected cleaning costs. Respect the approved number of guests and avoid disruptive gatherings, as parties are prohibited. Lock the doors when not at home and upon departure.
