This apartment offers free Wi-Fi and includes all your basic essentials, such as beach gear including beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach wagon. You get the entire driveway for parking, accommodating two large vehicles or three normal or smaller-sized vehicles. Located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, The Lighthouse is less than a 950-foot walk to Ocean Blvd, where you will find the main boardwalk and everything Hampton has to offer. You can easily walk to almost anywhere around the boardwalk area from this unit. The unit can be a bit tight for six people, with smaller bathrooms and living areas. Guests should treat the home like their own and ensure it is left in a state that does not require excessive cleaning. Trash pickup is on Monday and Friday, and guests should use the designated bins. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the host, and guests are expected to reimburse for any damages or unexpected cleaning costs. Respect the approved number of guests, and note that disruptive gatherings and parties are prohibited. Remember to lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
