Beach gear is provided for your enjoyment. One parking spot comes with this unit, a 2-minute walk around the corner from the home. You are able to pull up to the unit and drop off all your belongings without an issue. Located near the center of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, this apartment is less than a 950-foot walk to Ocean Blvd, where you will find the main boardwalk to everything Hampton has to offer. Quiet hours are between 9 PM and 8 AM. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is Monday and Friday; please ensure your trash is in your designated blue bin out front, and all recyclables go in the green bins out back. Please move the bins out near the road on the morning of or night before trash pickup days. Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, we expect guests to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs.
