This private cottage features a full kitchen, perfect for preparing meals. You'll also have your own private porch to relax on. Parking for 2 normal or smaller sized vehicles is available in a private lot right outside the cottage. For additional vehicles or larger vehicles, alternative paid parking lots are available around the boardwalk, or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride for free overnight parking. Centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach, this cottage is just a short walk to the main boardwalk, offering access to great shops, beaches, parks, restaurants, and entertainment. The ocean is directly across the street, and the property is situated on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests are asked to be courteous to other residents and enjoy quiet time after 9 PM. No pets are allowed on furniture, and guests must clean up after their pets immediately. Pets should never be left unattended in the property. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday; guests should ensure trash is in designated bins and moved out near the road. Guests are expected to inform the host of any damage beyond normal wear and tear and work with the host to find a reasonable solution, potentially involving reimbursement. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed. Please lock the doors when not home and when leaving after your stay.
