Welcome to The Sand Bar, a centrally located private cottage in downtown Hampton Beach, just one block from the ocean. Situated near the main boardwalk, this charming home offers three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a full kitchen, along with a private porch to relax and feel at home. This private cottage is less than 500 feet from the beach, featuring three bedrooms, three beds, one bathroom, and a full kitchen. The Sand Bar provides parking for two normal or smaller-sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. For additional or larger vehicles, alternative parking is available in paid parking lots around the boardwalk or at the Hampton Park & Ride, which offers free overnight parking. The Sand Bar is located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you'll find the main boardwalk with shops, beaches, parks, restaurants, and entertainment. The ocean is directly across the street, making it easy to enjoy all that Hampton has to offer. There are five other units in this building, and guests are encouraged to enjoy quiet time after 9pm. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive cleaning, and cleaning fees cover only standard cleaning. Trash pickup is on Monday and Thursday, and guests should use designated bins. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear should be reported to the host, and guests are expected to pay for any damages or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited, and no parties are allowed. Please lock the doors when not home and upon departure.
