Feel at home in The Seahorse, centrally located in downtown Hampton Beach, just one block from the ocean and near the main boardwalk with shops, beaches, parks, and restaurants. This private cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a private porch. This cottage features a full kitchen. Parking is available for 2 normal or smaller-sized vehicles in your own lot right outside the cottage. If you have additional vehicles or more than one larger vehicle, you will need to find alternative parking. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk, or you can utilize the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking. Located on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, The Seahorse is less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, where you'll find the main boardwalk. The ocean is directly across the street. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning (dirty dishes, soiled floors). Guests should put their trash in designated trash receptacles and be mindful of excessive amounts of trash. Where guests cause damage that is beyond normal wear and tear, guests are expected to inform the host of the damage as soon as possible and work with the host to find a reasonable solution. Guests are expected to pay a reasonable request for reimbursement if they’re responsible for damage, missing items, or unexpected cleaning costs. Disruptive gatherings are prohibited. Please lock the doors when not home and when you leave after your stay. No pets are allowed on furniture to maintain cleanliness. Clean up after your pet immediately—inside and out.
