Parking is available for 2 normal or smaller-sized vehicles in a private lot right outside the cottage. For additional vehicles or larger vehicles, alternative paid parking lots around the boardwalk or free overnight parking at the Hampton Park & Ride are available. Situated on the north side of the Hampton Beach Boardwalk, this cottage is less than 400 feet from Ocean Blvd, offering easy access to shops, beaches, parks, restaurants, and entertainment. The ocean is directly across the street. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets immediately, both inside and out, and never leave pets unattended in the property. Guests should not leave the apartment in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday.
