All condominiums offer either a separate balcony or patio. On- site amenities include a laundromat and trash compactor. All buildings are secure and monitored. Lilac Garden condominiums are smoke- free, and dogs are not allowed. A one- year lease is required. Monument Garden offers 1, 2, and 3- bedroom garden- style condominiums starting at $2250.00 monthly. The layout creates an open concept as you enter these units, featuring a spacious dining area, kitchen, and living room. The kitchens in these newly constructed condos include granite countertops, custom cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. These units come with tile, carpet, and hardwood floors, central air conditioning, modern bathrooms, and in- unit washers and dryers.
