Parking is limited to one vehicle at the assigned parking spot, with overflow parking available at unmarked spots on a first-come, first-serve basis. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., and a $100 fee may be imposed for violations of these rules. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. A laptop computer is not included.
