The unit has been updated with air conditioning, new hardwood floors, and new beds in each room, offering ample space for your family to feel at home. The kitchen is updated with black cabinets and stainless appliances, stocked for all your cooking needs, and offers both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar. The dining and living area is a sunny open concept space with a large dining table that seats 8 and comfortable furniture surrounding the wood-burning fireplace. The lower level offers a second living area with a table for 6, TV, and large sectional. The outdoor area includes a back deck accessed from the main level living area and access to the flat backyard from the lower level. A grill is off to the side of the house and accessible from the upper deck on the main level. Discounted tickets to the world-famous Cog Railway and 25 pool and gym passes at the Mountain View Grand Resort and Spa are available. The pool and gym pass program is subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort. Located just down the road from the Mount Washington Hotel and the Bretton Woods Ski Area base, you'll be in the middle of endless recreational options, from skiing and snowshoeing to golfing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and hiking. The area attractions include the Cog Rail, Santa's Village, Franconia Notch State Park, Storyland, and outlet shopping in North Conway. This house is located in a quiet, family-friendly resort area. Our neighbors and visitors are here to enjoy the majestic quiet of the mountains. This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous. All association rules and especially quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, parking limitations of 2 vehicles at the unit with others at overflow, and no trash left outside must be followed. Propane and charcoal grills or any form of open fire are strictly forbidden within 10 feet of the building. Electronic noise monitoring is in use, the devices only monitor noise levels and are 100% privacy compliant. Violation of any of these rules may subject your party to immediate removal without any refunds. Guests are responsible for any fines levied by the association or the municipality for violation of local regulations. Unauthorized early arrivals or late checkouts are subject to a $100 per hour fee. Unauthorized pets or guests are subject to a $300 fee and immediate termination of your stay with no refunds. A $100 fee may be imposed for violations of the quiet hours rule. No smoking inside the unit, with a $250 fee for violation. We are in Bear Country, so no trash or food is to be left outside at any time, with a $100 fee for violations. The home offers free high-speed Wi-Fi and TVs equipped with Roku. A laptop computer is not included.
