Both bedrooms, the bonus room, and the living room all contain smart TVs. ***Note that if you would like the house unfurnished, the majority of furnishings can be moved to the bonus room and the bonus room would then be inaccessible. We would be unable to remove the TVs mounted in the two bedrooms, the living room sofa, any appliances, the pellet stove, or any other permanent fixtures*** The exterior of the house has three decks of various sizes and a back yard. An EV charger has also been installed on the garage near the parking area. Note that the garage on the property is not included. The following utilities are included: hot water, water/sewer, internet, and Philo streaming service. Trash removal is provided by the city; there is a metal trash enclosure on the exterior. Electricity and heat (propane) are not included. Pellets for the pellet stove are also note included. Rent is $2,200 per month. Security deposit of $2,200 and first month's rent are due at lease signing.
