The Montage is perfectly located in the heart of Reno just minutes from the Truckee River, shopping, entertainment, dining, gaming, and an assortment of outdoor activities such as swimming, tubing, kayaking, concerts, and art festivals. The rent includes access to Montage community amenities within the building (pool, fitness center, business center, gardens, bike storage, etc) and a dog park with one garage parking space. Any adult aged 23 or over must complete an application process, which includes a required application fee. The tenant will also be responsible for Homeowners Association (HOA) fees, which include a $150 charge for elevator use during move-in and another $150 for elevator use upon move-out. Additionally, the HOA requires a $250 security deposit, which is reflected in the listing. Tenants are required to pay for utilities through Banyan Utility Company.
