There’s already one dog and one cat living here, so we’re pet-friendly, but we’re not looking for any more pets for now. The shared spaces are kept tidy so we can all enjoy them. Move-in costs are first and last month’s rent and a $500 security deposit, but you can spread out the move-in costs over 3 months. - I’m looking for someone who can commit to a 6 to 12-month lease.
