First, last, and damage deposit moves you in ($975 for each one). It's a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom condo that is centrally located with a low elevation and again is fully furnished. Included is electric, Internet, gas/heat, garbage, water, and on-site maintenance. This is a quiet, non-smoking, no 420/drugs condo and the current renters are clean and neat.
