All utilities plus internet included. Fill out a prescreener and an application will be sent to you. 1 Month stays considered but 2 to 6 months stays preferred. Check for available dates. A holding fee will be required to hold the house for you until you arrive. All money is due at move in when you sign a short term lease. Venmo or Zelle is used for payment.
