Application fees are Non Refundable Applicant must supply the names and ages of residing tenant(s) HOLDING THE PROPERTY: If your application is accepted, you will be asked to put half of the earnest money deposit down within 3 days. This will be considered your "holding deposit". The rental unit will be held for 7 full calendar days before final monies are collected.
