Their fee is $50. Per pet NO PETS ESA Letter to be submitted with Application for approval NO SMOKING NO HOUSING VOUCHER (section 8) APPLICATIONS AND REFUNDS: Anyone 18 years of age or over who will be residing at the rental home MUST apply. Application Fee is Non-Refundable. Applicant must supply the names and ages of residing tenant(s) HOLDING THE PROPERTY: If your application is accepted, you will be asked to put half of the earnest money deposit down within 3 days of approval and acceptance of leasing terms. This will be considered your "holding deposit". The rental unit will be held for 7 full calendar days before final monies are collected.
