A really lovely location! Each townhouse apartment has 2 dedicated parking places just steps from your front door (easy for groceries and luggage). This is a classic townhouse layout: living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry, and a half-bath downstairs, 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom upstairs. (maximum of 3 occupants per apartment) There are washer/dryer hookups, but tenants will need to bring their own washer/dryer set. There is a nice fenced porch area in the back as well as a fenced backyard that is shared only with this complex. Mail is located onsite as well. This complex is very nice and quiet with well maintained grounds. It's also very safe! There are 24/7 HD security cameras and the Carson City Sheriff station is directly opposite from our complex. Rent includes sewer and water. Tenants must sign up for their own gas, electric, and trash services. It's a perfect place to live for anyone working for the state or downtown who would like the shortest easiest commute possible.
