All utilities are included, except Wi-Fi, both units are pet friendly, and both units come with a fridge, and cooktop. The back unit takes care of the back section of snow removal and lawn care as well as the driveway, and the front unit takes care of the front portion of snow removal, and side piece of lawn care. The back unit has two built in wall a/c's, and the front unit will need to provide their own window a/c's if they would like a/c. Neither unit is section 8 approved, and both are non-smoking.
