This home is lovingly called the "bunkhouse" as it previously was used by an outfitter to house hunters that came to our beautiful area. It has a large open concept for the kitchen, dining and living room with a woodstove that keeps the whole home warm in the winter. There is room to create a 2nd bedroom space if desired. There is a full bathroom with tub and shower and a bedroom. There are washer and dryer hookups in the kitchen area. The home is located on 20 acres that has one other home on it that is currently rented. There is plenty of privacy for both homes. The yard that is exclusive to this rental is 1 acre in size.
