This is a 1 bedroom/1 bathroom house with a shed and large fenced back yard. Washer/Dryer hookups located in mud room. This has new paint, new flooring and new blinds. There is off street parking in the driveway. Dogs are considered, no more than 14lbs. and no more than 2 indoor cats. all must be spayed/neutered(will ask for proof from vet) Tenant will be responsible for electric and water. Tenant will be responsible for lawn care and snow removal.
