This property has W/D hookups, garage and a storage shed. The two rooms in NE corner of barn/shed are for owner use. No use of wood-stoves. The tenant will be responsible for mowing all two acres. Pets considered with $500 additional deposit per pet and $50 monthly pet rent per pet. We will request that all applicants provide proof of good credit AND at least 2 years of verifiable rental history. No smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes/vape pens. *This property has special provisions. *Tenant is responsible for electric, heat, lawn care (includes the 2 acres), snow removal, and renter's liability insurance. *Owner is responsible for trash, septic and well maintenance.
