Available December 9th A 280 square foot basement with large walk in closet (56 square feet), and full bathroom. Secluded on its own floor. The room does include an eclectic heater, but no ac. Located in a 5 bedroom town house, right behind the Russell and Broadway intersection. House Includes: -A small garage, really only good for storage and ping pong -A good amount of kitchen storage with space in the pantry -Space in a good size fridge -Modern appliances -A washer and dryer -The house is pretty much furnished currently Tenant would be required to pay for $900 a month for rent. Internet is an additional $22 a month. Power fluctuates with month, but can be expected to be somewhere from $20-$40 a month. Security deposit is $534. The current lease ends in march, we are seeking a tenant to fill this room at least until then, with tentative plans from the other occupants to remain after that point. Other occupants are college/just out of college aged students and young professionals. The House is fairly quiet during the day due to working schedules. We are a social group who do hang out in the common areas during off hours but like our quiet time as well. Weekends and days of sporting events tend to be a little louder.
