These apartments are sound proof, we have added insulation in the floors, walls, and ceilings, so blast your stereo and wear your heels! We have a 24-hour fitness center and pickle-ball court onsite to help you stick to your New Years resolutions. It is located on the east side of town with endless trails nearby and mountain views just outside your window. Here you have the best of both worlds - access to the downtown Helena night life and the ability to come home to peace and quiet. We are also allowing pets, so bring your furry friends! Adequate parking is available to you just outside your door, and I am here Monday through Friday during to address all of your maintenance requests! Utility package includes water, sewage, garbage and technology/internet for $75 per month. With this, the only utility renters need to acquire themselves is electric through Northwestern Energy.
