On-site we have a fitness center, ski and bike tuning maintenance shop, lounge, study areas, an outdoor BBQ area, fire pit and much more! We offer individual leases so each resident is only pays for their own rent. We offer one, two, four-bedroom apartments and two-story five-bedroom townhomes. Residents may choose their roommates, but we also roommate match! The apartments are fully furnished and have energy-efficient appliances, wood-look flooring, granite counters, and a TV in every living room. All you need to bring along is bedding, kitchenware, etc. Monthly rates include water, sewer, cable, internet, electricity (with a $20 cap), and the furniture package. We are also very pet friendly, so if you have a furry friend you are more than welcome to bring them along!
