This is a 2 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom condo for rent in the desirable Capstone Condo Community. Conveniently located behind Target and Costco. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Water and Sewer are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for Trash and Northwestern Energy (gas & electric). HOA takes care of the landscaping and snow removal. NO PETS All of our tenants need to have $100,000 of renters insurance. Tenants will need to pay $10 per month for renters insurance if they do not provide proof of their own insurance. Stone Mountain Properties runs a credit and criminal background check on all applicants over the age of 18. In addition we conduct a rental reference from past landlords. If you do not have credit or low credit, Stone Mountain Properties can ask for a co-signer. There is a $26 non-refundable application fee. However, when you apply online you may opt to "skip fees" on the payment page. We will later collect your application fee over the phone once you are next in line and have viewed the unit and confirmed you want it. If you choose to pay the application fee ahead of time then please understand that the fee is non-refundable.
