They are up early for work; then ready to rest and relax when they get home, so they mostly keep to themselves. Two more tenants live in the self-contained basement. They use a separate entrance; there are no amenities or living spaces shared with them. Because 5 people total live in the house, there is an expectation that each tenant will be mindful of their housemates and maintain a clean & quiet home. Quiet hours begin at 9:30PM, shoes come off at the door, volumes of voices & devices get turned down so as not to disturb others.
