Building faces South on the North side of a culdesac two blocks north of Grover Park. This is an upstairs apartment in a four-plex with a deck off the back. It has both front and back access. It is a NON-smoking apartment building. All electric (power and hot water). Electricity, water and sewer bills paid by the tenant. Lawn care and trash service provided. There are washer/dryer hookups in the apartment. Rent is based on single or double occupancy with an increase of $150 for a third party. Minimum one year rental history and one year work history. FREE APPLICATION available by request from owner. Cats and small dogs (25 lbs. or less) require a $437.50 non-refundable fee and a $25 increase in rent per pet per month (2 pet limit). Large dogs (25+ lbs.) are accepted with the same fee, but a $50 increase in rent per pet per month. Contract runs through July 31, 2026 and is renewable annually. If life throws you a curve ball and you need to end the lease on any other date, there is a half month rent fee, and pro-rated rent is due until re-rented.
