Don't sleep on the closet space or how easy parking is because of the rear lot. NO laundry/NO hookups available on site- but there is a laundromat less than a mile away. Awesome location means it's a short walk to lots of South City spots like Hatch'd for brunch, Aldi for groceries, or S. Side Cyclery for all your pedaling needs! APP STUFF: Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
