We’re talkin’ a whole calendar year (and then some??!) spent basking in the summery front room, dining off the winter-white-kitchen, popping into that spring-ass bathroom and then FALLing into bed after a long day of living your perfect life. Street parking. W/d hookups in basement. APP STUFF: We’ll check your credit, and while it doesn’t need to be flawless, we do expect it to show that you pay your bills on time and keep things in order. If you’ve rented before, we’ll also take a look at your track record as a tenant. And of course, we want to see that you're financially sound(3x/rent).
