Those ideations are repeatedly revisited throughout the tour because- get real- omg, wow, holy shet! The LOCATION?! The details!! The stained glass! The impeccable flooring throughout! UM- that kitchen?? TWO poopers? Talk about a life/relationship saver. Laundry in the basement. Wonderland in the fenced backyard. Garage parking. *deep sigh* I hate to sound repetitive here but omg, wow, holy shet. includes w/s/t AND LAWNCARE! This place has it ALLLLLLLLL, and has legal occupancy for a max of 5 people, weird stl last name rules apply, so can't have 5 rando roomies, sry. *shrugs* the world has wild rules Itelluwhat APP STUFF: Our application checks that your credit is decent. It does NOT need to be perfect, but we need to see that you pay your bills on time and as agreed. We’re also checking that you’ve been a good tenant in the past (providing this isn’t your first place), and lastly, we want to see that you’re financially sound.
