About Liberty Park Apartments

We offer 6-, 9-, 12-month leases. After your first lease term, you may go Month to Month for an additional $50.00 per month added onto your rent. We offer the only gated community in the area with top tier camera security systems as well as a resort style pool and a 24-hour fitness center. We have large, spacious units with a walk in closet and full washer/dryer hookups. We offer FREE high-speed internet, water, sewer, trash with a patio or balcony with each unit. We also have a 24-hour laundry facility onsite as well as a grilling area with picnic tables to use at your convenience. We are a pet friendly campus with a dog park and multiple clean up stations around the community. We accept pets up to 25lbs at maturity, unless they are a Service Animal. There is a $300.00 Pet Fee (Non-Refundable) and a flat rate Pet Rent every month of $50.00 per month and there are only 2 pets allowed per apartment. We are located within walking distance to local restaurants, for example, Colton's, El Jimador, Ichiban and other fast-food restaurants. Also, we are located within 5 minutes of the front gate of Fort Leonard Wood. If you have any other questions, please feel free to stop by and take a tour of one of our beautiful units or give us a call at the Leasing Office. The Leasing Office is open from 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday through Friday and 10:00am to 3:00pm on Saturday. We look forward to hearing from you!
