Freshly painted house with new flooring, updated bathroom, new kitchen. New stainless steal appliances as of last year 2024: Fridge, dishwasher, oven/stove. New furnace and AC replaced 2024. House has unfinished basement one car garage for extra storage. Will only consider those with VERY GOOD credit only. Small dogs will be considered. Absolutely no smoking whatsoever. Renters pay for sewer, electric, gas, water. Renters will need to preform yard work and obtain their own yard equipment such as mower and or weedwhacker. If you do not want to take care of the yard we can hire a yard service and charge an extra $75/mo. There is a washer and dryer in the house that you may use, but we will not replace or fix if they become broken or inoperable. Renters are required to have rental insurance.
