This unit will be available to rent May 17 and will be available to show on the weekends. The unit comes with a Washer/Dryer in the unit along with the standard appliances (they are now silver and black). Each bedroom is on the second floor and each bedroom has its own private bath and walk-in closet. The half bath is downstairs for public use. The living room features a wood burning fireplace. There is also a detached 2 car garage that is included with the rental. A one-year lease is required. First month rent deposit is due at lease sign and first month's rent is due before moving in (an additional $300 deposit is due if you have a pet).
