We are a 14 story beautiful historic building built in 1909 located in downtown St. Joseph, MO. The first floor is one of our common area with a library, parlor, lobby, mail room, dining room, activity room, offices and public restrooms and a small enclosed garden area. There is a full service beauty shop and vending machines located on the second floor, We have 7 apartment on each floor with 5 different styles of 1 bedrooms and 2 different styles of 2 bedrooms. Every apartments has a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator,garbage disposal and dishwasher. The apartments are carpeted with tile or vinyl in the kitchens and bathrooms. We have 2 elevators and a ballroom on the 14th floor along with 2 penthouses. We have an observation deck on the 14th floor with spectacular views of the Missouri River and the city of St. Joseph.
