These aren't apartments stacked on top of each other; each home is a standalone, two-story house with 4 private bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with adjacent vanities, an open-concept kitchen and living area, a wooded backyard deck, and a bonus flex room on the lower level. At $525 per bedroom, four friends get more space per person than almost any apartment on campus or downtown - and a real home to show for it. With multiple houses available, you have the opportunity to pick your friends and/or teammates for your neighbors (see our referral program)! Located less than a mile from Mizzou's athletic facilities and 2.5 miles from the Student Center, Fox Pointe puts you in striking distance of everything on campus while giving you the space and privacy to actually decompress. Grocery, pharmacy, and restaurants are within half a mile. Free driveway parking, in-unit washer and dryer, and central A/C are all included. Pets welcome upon approval and fee. Leases are a year lease, normally from August to July, but this is flexible. There is a leasing fee due at the lease signing of $200 per house and security deposit of $2100 (4x$525).
