I cover the lawn and yard care. A refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, washer and dryer are provided. There is a credit check (any potential tenant pays the company directly - Cozy) and reference check. Any potential tenant aged 18 and over must complete a written application. For acceptance criteria please send me a message. First month's rent ($1,500.00) and a $1,500.00 security deposit are required prior to move-in at the time of lease signing. The lease is for one year with opportunity to stay longer. There is a long driveway for parking (see photo) NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE THE BUILDING. As far as pets go, neutered cats are acceptable though there is a pet fee. I do not allow dogs.
