About our 2 bedroom & 1 bedroom apartments: - The only utility you need to pay would be electric. - Our 2 bedroom is an upstairs unit, and our 1 bedroom is a ground floor unit. - Our 2 bedrooms are equipped with a dishwasher & garbage disposal. - Both the 2 bedroom and 1 bedroom apartments have a very spacious layout. - There is a washer & dryer in the basement of every building. Our General Qualifications: - Please have verifiable continuous employment or income. - We do background and credit checks. - Your gross monthly income should be 3-4 times the monthly rent. - Having previous rental history is a plus. - Application fees are $40 per adult. - These are only general qualifications; anyone can apply regardless. Our Pet Policy - We allow a limit of 1 dog 30lbs and under. There is a $500 one-time non-refundable fee, and then $20/monthly for pet rent after that. Unfortuately we do not allow cats.
