Southwind Townhomes is a community of 3 and 4 bedroom residential townhomes and spacious 2 bedroom flats. We offer optional and unique rental packages that will fit your needs and budget. There’s a pool, safety lightening throughout, yearly geese visitors, onsite office and staff, commercial dumpster service and two ponds. Our 3 bedroom townhouses have private garages for parking or extra storage. We feel one of the most important features about our property and living here is, no one will be living over or under you.
