Southwind Townhomes is a community of 3 and 4 bedroom town homes and spacious 2 bedroom flats. We offer optional and unique rental packages that will fit your needs and budget. There’s a pool, safety lightening throughout, yearly geese visitors, onsite office and staff, commercial dumpster service and two ponds. All of our 3 bedroom units have private garages for parking or extra storage. We feel one of the most important features about our property and living here is, no one will be living over or under you. This is a “community” not a “complex” and the location of the units makes it even a better place to live. It’s tucked away off of all major busy roads or highways in the area.
