This is a Single Family Patio Home in our Cambridge IV Patio Homes division - This amazing home is a 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom, with double car attached garage. We pay for the lawn care, and snow removal (when snowfall is 2 inches or greater) and tenants must salt/sand their own driveway and side walk (if you want that done as well). Tenants must pay for the gas, electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and any phone, internet, or cable that you may wish to have. Appliances include: stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. These units feature granite counter-tops, stainless steel like appliances, hardwood flooring, plush carpets in the bedrooms, and also feature a walk-out patio. These homes have central air conditioning, forced air heat, and a water softener (tenants supply the softener salt). Maximum occupancy is 2 adults and 1 child. Small pets are allowed. Pets may not exceed 15 pounds. Maximum of two pets per unit. Pet deposit of $300 is added to the security deposit and $25.00 monthly pet fee is also added to the rent amount. All interested persons must complete an application and be approved before a showing can occur.
