Bedrooms: Room 1: First floor room with 2 large windows facing the front yard, a closet, and convenient access to the bathroom. The room size is 9x13. Room 2: Essentially the same as bedroom 1, facing the backyard. Slightly larger closet, slightly smaller room (9x12). Room 3: Large upstairs bedroom with 3 closets! This bedroom is the entire second floor, 14x24. Common Space: The house is a 3 bed, 1 bath home with a spacious living room and a functional eat-in kitchen. The kitchen was recently updated with a new stove and fridge. The bathroom is small but functional, there are currently 3 of us sharing it with no issues. There is also additional storage available in a spacious linen closet just outside of the bathroom. In-unit laundry is in the basement including a brand new wash machine. Some furnishings could be left with the house if interested (kitchen table, couch, etc.). Parking: 1 garage spot, 1 driveway spot, and lots of street parking (except during State Fair). Pets: Pets welcomed! The backyard is fenced in, but I would use with caution. Dogs must not be barkers as animal control will be called by neighbors. All pets are expected to not be destructive and a pet deposit fee will be associated with this expectation. Miscellaneous: Tenants will be expected to do lawn care and snow removal. A lawn mower and snow blower, as well as any other lawn care equipment, will be provided.
