Very unique situation, please consider these details prior to applying: I am taking a job out of state that will require 50-60% of my time to be gone with full transition moving out of state within 18 months. I also have two older children (14 and 17) that are with my when I’m home (they have very busy lives, not home a ton) I’m looking for someone that is very respectful and can mutually benefit. I’m offering very low rent (negotiable) in return for taking care of my two dogs and the house while I’m away and living with me while I’m in Minnesota. If you’re willing and able to help maintain yard and whatnot can work with you on rent as well. I technically have two available rooms. If it’s important for you to have the master suite and I move into guest rooms since I won’t be there full time, we can discuss that. Way more focused on the right person where this unique situation can work for both parties. Can be flexible on lease length and can discuss fair rent amount.
