We are a pet-friendly community and allow the following pets: dogs and cats. Monthly rent is $30/cat and $50/dog. There is a limit of two (2) pet per household. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs. for dogs and aggressive breeds are not allowed. Fostering of pets is not allowed.
