Disclaimer, the house will be a shared space. I own the home and there is another renter upstairs. Looking for someone to rent out my basement spare bedroom. The basement has a 3/4 bath just down the hall from the room, but the laundry will be upstairs in the main bathroom until I can get a washer/dryer combo for the basement. The Stove, Washer, and Dryer are about three years old, and I have a mini fridge if you want to keep some of your groceries separate. Parking is available on a concrete pad behind my house for no extra charge. This room is not furnished and you will need your own belongings. Looking for $550 a month and to split utilities three ways. If you're attending Southeast College just up the road and want to break your lease for cheaper living, please apply! (Especially band nerds). The house is under 5 minutes away from the college.
