    HOA allows dogs under 30 pounds. Maximum 2 pets allowed. Some units have restrictions on cats due to common allergic reactions to dander. Air filter systems and extra housekeeping agreements may be negotiated for cats on some units.
  • Comments:
    The HOA had implemented a $20 per pile fee if our caretaker needs to pick up after your pet. Dogs must be supervised at all times when outdoors. Poop must be picked up immediately. Pine City leash laws and pet registration apply.

About Cross Lake Estates - Furnished Rentals

Join our unique community of easy living on beautiful Cross Lake Estates. The HOA puts out docks, water toys, and hammocks for residents to share on our 450 feet of shoreline (an entire city block!) and 3 acres of rolling hills. An onsite caretaker provides housekeeping & tenant support. Each unit is fully furnished and can be rented for just one month or a full year. Divided guest suites (B units) in each of our 6 homes make all inclusive lake life an affordable reality. All units have private entrances, bath, cooking facilities, a form of a/c & in unit laundry. Pay one all inclusive monthly price for wifi, utilities, grounds keeping, housekeeping, furnishings & HOA amenities. June-Sept is our high season with summer pricing, Oct-May is low season. Year leases pay an average of both. Extra fees apply for stays shorter than 3 months ($300 one time fee) and for extra persons beyond the base rate of 2 people due to utilities being included. We are on the quiet southern tip of Cross Lake yet a half mile walk will bring you do a dozen restaurant options, shops, and city parks. Walmart & Aldi are a mile away for supplies and groceries. Cross Lake & Pokegama Lake, connected by the Snake River, form a chain offering over 3,000 acres of navigable water. Interstate 35 will bring you to Duluth or the Twin Cities in a hour. Day trip to a dozen State Parks and Forests. Visit the many wineries, cideries, and breweries in the area. Pine City has so much to discover! For resident safety this property features 3 exterior security cameras on the perimeter near Units 1 and 4, facing the garbage dumpsters, parking lot, and lakefront/dock area. These cameras are outward facing and do not look into any interior spaces. They record sound and video when activated by motion.

In the summer on-street parking is plentiful. In the winter however, Pine City tows cars on the street during snow emergencies between 2am-6am Nov 1 through March 31. We assigned off street parking spaces to ensure fairness. Assigned Parking
