You may on the grounds if you pick up all debris immediately. - Renter is responsible for all yard care and snow removal including the sidewalk - Zero eviction history in last 10 years - You must carry renter's insurance your entire stay and include your landlord as an interested party - Up to two pets allowed with an extra $500 non-refundable deposit plus $50/month. Dogs must be under 80 pounds and some breeds are restricted due to our insurance policy.
